News in GoalEnvision 18 December 2024
Just in time for the New Year, here is the last GoalEnvision update of the year.
News in brief:
Changing the order of conditions
Improved reporting and reviewing flow
Changed times for reminders
New landing page for the knowledge bank
Improved performance
Change the order of the conditions
Sometimes you may not create the conditions in GoalEnvision in the order you want them. But we've made it easy for you! On the perspective page, you will find a button above the conditions. Click on it and you can easily change the order. When you're done, press ‘Ok’ to save the changes, or the red cross if you want to cancel. Simple and easy, right?
Improved flow for reporting and auditing
We have received feedback from our users that those responsible for the goals (reviewers) do not have access to the review until all reporting is finalised. This can lead to the reviewing being delayed or even not carried out if any report is missing.
To solve this, we are now changing the flow. From now on, reviewers will have access to the review 7 working days after the end of the month, regardless of whether all reporting has been done or not. As a reviewer, you will receive an email with a link to your review page. If any report is missing, you can report yourself or remind the person who should have reported.
This has several advantages: you as a reviewer will be informed more quickly if there are missing reports, and you as a reporter will have a chance to correct this in time.
In addition, we are changing so that the reminders do not go out in the middle of the night(!). Instead, they are now sent out in the morning.
New knowledge bank with better design
We have updated our knowledge bank with a new and improved design! Finding your way around our articles, guides and templates is now much easier. We've also added a feature where you can subscribe to new articles we publish. This means you are always up to date with the latest.
Minor fixes and updates
The green line showing the level of ambition in the magic charts is reinforced for increased visibility.
Gear menus on the perspective pages with more options for a cleaner design.
We've also improved the performance of the service, most noticeably in the knowledge base

The new design of the perspective page in GoalEnvision has been improved with several functional and visual changes compared to before. In this update, we have focused on improving the panel that displays each condition.
Working to a common standard is essential for any organisation striving for long-term success. When team members share the same tools and approaches, it creates a clear direction where everyone knows what is expected. This not only improves efficiency, but also ensures that everyone is working towards the same goal with consistent methods. When everyone is on the same page, it becomes easier to monitor results, adjust strategies and achieve success together.
