How AI Strategy Optimiser works:

1. Upload your business plan
Start by clicking on Upload Business Plan. Select your document and upload it directly to the platform.

 

 

2. Add additional information (optional)
In the ‘Additional information’ field, you can provide the AI assistant with extra context, such as specific focus areas or priorities for the analysis, such as ‘Focus on sustainability goals and international expansion.’

3. Analyse and wait for results
Once the business plan is uploaded, the AI assistant analyses the document and identifies potential goals, conditions and key performance indicators in the five main areas of the company: market, sales, operations, people and finance.

 

4. Exploring proposed goals
On the overview page, the proposed objectives are displayed under each strategic perspective. Click on View goal to explore the AI Assistant's suggestions in detail.

5. Editing and confirming goals
You can edit or adjust the proposed goals and conditions before confirming them. This gives you the opportunity to further customise the strategy based on the AI assistant's analysis.

6. Create measurable goals
Once all the adjustments are done, click on Create goal. This step ensures that your business plan is transformed into concrete and measurable strategic goals, ready to be implemented.
