Let AI suggest tasks

Get help from AI in formulating Vision and mission statement

AI improvements

• Let the AI suggest tasks to fulfill the conditions of the goals. On all pages where the conditions are displayed, you can take help of AI to set up a plan of what you can do to work towards the goals and fulfill the conditions.
• Let AI suggest Vision, short or long mission statement. On the organization page at Vision, there is now a function to get help from AI in formulating a vision or mission statement. If you choose to formulate a mission statement, you can choose between a short or long wording.
• New field for “Business area” can be found on Settings->Organization, which helps AI make better suggestions. It is the same information that is requested in all AI flows in GoalEnvision, so that you do not have to enter this every time you let the AI help.
• Buttons and links to let AI help with goals, conditions, metrics and tasks are now everywhere in the tool where they are relevant; the pages for perspective, goals and conditions, for example.

Ease of use

• Clearer marking when a goal is not complete, to warn that the goal is not yet active.
• The descriptions for goals, conditions, and metrics are now visible on the reporting and review pages, making it easier to understand the purpose of the goals and metrics.
