What's New in GoalEnvision – April 7, 2025

We’ve released several important updates to GoalEnvision, all designed to make your goal work clearer, more flexible and engaging. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest improvements:

1. New way to set ambition levels

We’ve completely redesigned how you define the ambition level for your goals – making it both smarter and easier to use.

The ambition level describes the level you want to reach in the future. This could be a budget, forecast or another desired outcome, depending on your goal type. You now choose the format that best fits your goal:

  • Measurement: Enter an exact value, such as 90% or 1,000,000 SEK.

  • Condition Index: Specify the percentage of the goal’s conditions that should be fulfilled each period.

  • Survey Goal: Enter a target rating or average score (e.g., 4.2 on a five-point scale).

Additionally:

  • You can now define whether a lower or higher value is better (e.g., when you want to reduce costs).

  • Only positive values are entered – so instead of -100, you write 100 and select “Lower is better.”

  • You get visual history and can compare with previous years directly in the chart.

  • Ambition levels are now set per month and can be managed across multiple years.

This makes it easier to monitor long-term trends, set realistic yet challenging goals, and align ambition with your resources and strategic direction.

You can read more about ambition levels in the updated help section in the platform.

2. Add ambition levels forward and backward in time

Previously, ambition levels could only be set for the current year. Now you can easily:

  • Add previous years to analyze historical ambition levels.

  • Add future years to support long-term strategic planning.

3. New “Contact Us” page

We’ve improved the “Contact Us” page. You can now write and submit a message directly to our team if you have questions or need support – quickly and easily.

4. More clickable areas and smarter navigation

  • Graphs are now clickable – for example, click on a data point to see more details or to edit.

  • New gear menus give you quick access to settings and editing features, right where you need them.

5. Refreshed survey editing pages

The pages where you create or edit surveys have received a visual and functional facelift. All survey pages now share a unified layout and behavior, making it easier to understand and work with surveys across the platform.
